Instructions for creating a separate folder for SPAM Email

 

Login to your Web Access Email then…. (Scroll down for additional instructions)

 

 

 

Select “Add Folder”

 

 

 

Enter the Folder Name: SPAM

Select OK

 

 

 

 

Select the Options Icon (middle box)

 

 

 

Select the “Rules” tab

 

 

 

Click on the “Move To” link to create a new email rule

 

 

 

Set the “If:” field to Subject

 

 

 

Set “Contains:” to ***SPAM***

 

 

 

Set the “Move To:” field to the SPAM folder we created

 

 

 

Finally, select the “Stop Processing On Match” box and press “Save”

 

 

 

Your new rule will appear on the Active Rules list.  Press the “Save” button.

 

Any email tagged as ***SPAM*** by the SFCN mail filter will be automatically placed in the SPAM folder.

If you would prefer, you could also have all of the SPAM email automatically deleted by creating a DELETE
rule instead of a MOVE TO rule.
